Who we are
Zeta Webs is run by Zeta Webs Ltd, a small company with two directors. We're registered in England and Wales (company number 14510752) and our registered office is 4A Roman Rd, London E6 3RX.

What we collect and why
When you get in touch
If you use our contact form, email or call us, we get your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you need. We use it to reply and to give you a price by email or phone. Our website saves a copy of each form enquiry and emails it to us.
You don't have to give us your details, but we can't reply without a way to contact you. To stop spam, the form keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for about an hour.
Why we're allowed to: you've asked us to get back to you, and replying to business enquiries is in our legitimate interests.
If you become a client
We keep your contact details, what we've agreed with you, and your invoices.
Why we're allowed to: to carry out our agreement with you, and because the law says we must keep accounting records.
Visits to our website
We count visits anonymously so we can improve the site, for example to see which pages people read and whether our prices are clear. We record the pages viewed, where the visit came from, the type of device, time on each page, how far down people scroll and what they click. It uses no cookies and we don't keep your IP address, so we can't tell who you are. You can switch it off.
Why we're allowed to: improving our website is in our legitimate interests, and the law allows anonymous visit statistics as long as you can say no.
Only if you click "Accept"
If you accept Analytics in our cookie banner and then send us an enquiry, we can see which pages you looked at on that visit, so we know what you're interested in.
Why we're allowed to: you've agreed. You can change your mind at any time.
Who sees it
Only our two directors. We use Hostinger to host our website and email, and an accountant for our company accounts, who sees clients' invoices. We only share it with anyone else if the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't turn into work: 12 months.
- Clients' records: 6 years after the work ends (for tax).
- Visit stats: 13 months.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it or limit how we use it. Just email info@zetawebs.com. It's free, and we'll reply within a month.

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've used your information, please tell us first by email or phone and we'll get back to you within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
